Four movements, one direction
Every project moves through the same four stages, conversation, concept, documentation and the build, each led by the studio and each ending with something concrete in your hands. Here is what to expect, honestly.
I · Conversation
It begins with a private consultation at our Alexandria studio or on your site. We talk about how you live, what the home needs to do, and we talk openly about budget from the first meeting. You receive a clear scope, an honest feasibility view, and a fixed fee proposal for the design stages.
II · Concept & documentation
The brief becomes architecture: spatial planning, materiality and light resolved into one design direction, presented with plans and three dimensional views. The approved concept is then documented precisely, we manage the DA or CDC approval pathway, and the same drawings go to our trusted builders for pricing, so the numbers you see are real ones.
III · The build
Construction is delivered by our trusted builders, with the studio project managing throughout: program, budget and quality, checked on site and reported to you plainly. Decisions reach you early, surprises do not. The project ends with styling, a considered handover and a finished home delivered as designed.
