Saint-Germain
A Haussmann apartment on the Left Bank, the Eiffel Tower framed in its windows, and a rule set at the first meeting: restore the bones, quiet the rooms. Every moulding was restored rather than replaced, the original mirrors and chandeliers kept their rooms, and into that shell we placed the present tense: low curved seating, a sculptural dark timber dining table, and a marble kitchen drawn like a piece of furniture. Location: Saint-Germain, Paris. Scope: interior architecture, restoration and furnishing. Status: design visualisation, completed 2025. Materials: marble, herringbone oak, antique brass and linen.
